مسألة: وليست بواجب، خلافا لقوم؛ لقوله: وسئل عن العقيقة: «لا أحب العقوق، ومن ولد له ولد فأحب أن ينسك عنه فليفعل» ، فعلقه بمحبة فاعله، ولأنه طعام يفعل عند الولادة كالوليمة.
