مسألة: يكره استعمال أواني أهل الكتاب ولبس ثيابهم التي لبسوها من غير تحريم خلافا لمن حكي عنه تحريم ذلك، لقوله تعالى: {وطعام الذين أوتوا الكتاب حل لكم وطعامكم حل لهم} فأطلق، ولأنه عليه السلام توضأ من مزادة مشركة وقيل نصرانية، ولأن أصل الطهارة محمول على أصله وظاهره. [الوضوء]
