مسألة: إذا ركع بدلا عن سجود التلاوة لم ينب ذلك عن السجود. خلافا لما يحكى عن أبي حنيفة أنه بالخيار إن شاء سجد وإن شاء ركع. لأنه سجود شرع لسبب اقتضاه، فلم ينب عنه الركوع أصله سجود السهو؛ لأن كل سجود شرع في الشريعة لم ينب عنه غيره، أصله السجود من صلب الصلاة.
