مسألة: ليس من شرط إدراك الجمعة إدراك الخطبة. خلافا لما حكي عن طاووس. لقوله: (من أدرك من الجمة ركعة فقد أدركها) . ولأنه ذكر قبل الصلاة فوجب أن لا يكون إدراكه شرطا في إدراكها كالأذان والإقامة.
