مسألة: المسح على الخفين جائز. خلافا لمن منعه. لثبوت الرواية عن النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قولا وفعلا، وقد ادعي في ثبوته العلم الضروري، كما ادعي ذلك في غسل الجمعة، ولأنه حائل يلحق في خلعه مشقة غالبة، وتدعو إليه ضرورة شديدة فأشبه الجبائر والعصائب. ولا يدخل عليه الجورب والطرباخ. لأن الغرض إلحاق أحد النوعين بالآخر.
