مسألة: لا يصير بتقليد الهدي وإشعاره محرما. خلافا لما يحكى عن ابن عباس. لما روي عن عائشة أنها قالت: (كنت أظفر قلائد هدي رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - وكان يبعث بها، وهو مقيم ولم يكن يحرم على نفسه شيئا كان يحل له قبل ذلك). ولأن الإحرام هو الاعتقاد والدخول في الحج، وذلك لا يوجب مع التقليد والإشعار.
