ح - أَخْذُ الْهَدِيَّةِ: ٣٥ - مِنْ خَصَائِصِهِ عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ أَنَّ الْهَدِيَّةَ حَلاَلٌ لَهُ، بِخِلاَفِ غَيْرِهِ مِنَ الْحُكَّامِ وَوُلاَةِ الأُْمُورِ مِنْ رَعَايَاهُمْ (١) .
