دُخُول مَكَانٍ فِيهِ مُنْكَرٌ: ١١ - ذَهَبَ جُمْهُورُ الْفُقَهَاءِ إِلَى أَنَّهُ لاَ يَجُوزُ الدُّخُول بِقَصْدِ الْمُكْثِ وَالْجُلُوسِ إِلَى مَحَلٍّ فِيهِ مُنْكَرٌ. وَيَجِبُ الدُّخُول إِذَا كَانَ الْمُنْكَرُ يَزُول بِدُخُولِهِ لِنَحْوِ عِلْمٍ أَوْ جَاهٍ، لإِِزَالَةِ الْمُنْكَرِ (٢) .
