و اللَّمْسُ: ٦١ - اللَّمْسُ قُوَّةٌ مُثْبَتَةٌ عَلَى سَطْحِ الْبَدَنِ تُدْرَكُ بِهِ الْحَرَارَةُ وَالْبُرُودَةُ وَالنُّعُومَةُ وَالْخُشُونَةُ وَنَحْوُهَا عِنْدَ الْمُمَاسَّةِ. وَقَدْ ذَكَرَ فُقَهَاءُ الْمَالِكِيَّةِ أَنَّ فِي إِذْهَابِ هَذِهِ الْقُوَّةِ دِيَةً كَامِلَةً قِيَاسًا عَلَى الشَّمِّ (٤) . وَلَمْ نَجِدْ لِبَقِيَّةِ الْفُقَهَاءِ كَلاَمًا فِي هَذَا الْمَوْضُوعِ.
