عَقْل الدِّيوَانِ عَنْ أَهْلِهِ: ١٣ - يَتَحَمَّل الدِّيوَانُ الدِّيَةَ الَّتِي تَجِبُ بِذَاتِ الْقَتْل إِذَا كَانَ الْقَاتِل وَاحِدًا مِنْ أَهْل الدِّيوَانِ. . عَلَى تَفْصِيلٍ وَخِلاَفٍ يُنْظَرُ فِي: (أَهْل الدِّيوَانِ، وَدِيَة، وَعَاقِلَة) .
