١٠ - ذَكَرَ الْفُقَهَاءُ أَنَّ وَسْمَ الْحَيَوَانَاتِ لِغَايَةٍ مَشْرُوعَةٍ - كَعَدَمِ اخْتِلاَطِهَا بِغَيْرِهَا - مُبَاحٌ، وَيَرَى الشَّافِعِيَّةُ أَنَّ أَفْضَل مَكَانٍ لِوَسْمِ الْغَنَمِ هُوَ آذَانُهَا، لِقِلَّةِ الشَّعْرِ فِيهَا (٣) . وَقَدْ ذَكَرُوا هَذِهِ الْمَسْأَلَةَ فِي بَابِ قَسْمِ الصَّدَقَاتِ.
