الذَّبْحُ بِالذَّهَبِ: ٣٦ - لاَ يَجُوزُ الذَّبْحُ بِسِكِّينٍ مِنَ الذَّهَبِ كَغَيْرِهِ مِنَ الاِسْتِعْمَالاَتِ، وَمَعَ ذَلِكَ فَلَوْ ذُبِحَ بِهَا حَلَّتِ الذَّبِيحَةُ بِشُرُوطِ التَّذْكِيَةِ. (٢)
