هـ - هَل الرِّجْل مِنَ الْعَوْرَةِ؟ ٨ - اتَّفَقَ الْفُقَهَاءُ عَلَى أَنَّ رِجْل الْمَرْأَةِ الْحُرَّةِ عَوْرَةٌ مَا عَدَا قَدَمَيْهَا. وَذَهَبَ الْجُمْهُورُ إِلَى أَنَّ مَا بَيْنَ السُّرَّةِ وَالرُّكْبَةِ مِنَ الرِّجْل عَوْرَةٌ بِالنِّسْبَةِ لِلرِّجَال. ثُمَّ اخْتَلَفُوا فِي كَوْنِ الرُّكْبَتَيْنِ وَالسُّرَّةِ مِنَ الرِّجْل عَوْرَةٌ (٢) . وَيُنْظَرُ: (عَوْرَة) .
