آلاَتُ الْجِهَادِ: ٥ - يَجِبُ إِعْدَادُ الْعُدَّةِ لِلْجِهَادِ، وَتَجُوزُ مُقَاتَلَةُ الْعَدُوِّ بِالسِّلاَحِ الْمُنَاسِبِ لِكُل عَصْرٍ، وَفِي تَحْرِيقِهِمْ بِالنَّارِ وَتَغْرِيقِهِمْ وَاسْتِعْمَال السَّمُومِ تَفْصِيلٌ وَخِلاَفٌ يَذْكُرُهُ الْفُقَهَاءُ فِي مَبَاحِثِ الْجِهَادِ. وَيَجُوزُ إِتْلاَفُ آلاَتِ الْعَدُوِّ فِي حَال الْقِتَال، عَلَى تَفْصِيلٍ لِلْفُقَهَاءِ فِي مَبَاحِثِ الْجِهَادِ.
