د - الْمُزَارَعَةُ: ٩ - الْمُزَارَعَةُ عَقْدٌ عَلَى الزَّرْعِ بِبَعْضِ الْخَارِجِ، وَهِيَ جَائِزَةٌ عِنْدَ الْجُمْهُورِ غَيْرِ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ، وَالاِسْتِدْلاَل فِيهَا كَالاِسْتِدْلاَل فِي الْمُسَاقَاةِ (٢) . وَيُنْظَرُ تَفْصِيل ذَلِكَ فِي (مُزَارَعَة) .
