٧ - أَنْ تَكُونَ حَسِيبَةً نَسِيبَةً أَيْ طَيِّبَةَ الأَْصْل بِانْتِسَابِهَا إِلَى الْعُلَمَاءِ وَالصُّلَحَاءِ، وَصَرَّحَ الشَّافِعِيَّةُ بِكَرَاهَةِ الزَّوَاجِ بِبِنْتِ الزِّنَى، وَاللَّقِيطَةِ، وَبِنْتِ الْفَاسِقِ لِخَبَرِ: تَخَيَّرُوا لِنُطَفِكُمْ وَانْكِحُوا الأَْكْفَاءَ وَأَنْكِحُوا إِلَيْهِمْ (٣) .
