زِيَارَةُ قَبْرِ الْكَافِرِ: ٢ - ذَكَرَ الشَّافِعِيَّةُ وَالْحَنَابِلَةُ أَنَّ زِيَارَة قَبْرِ الْكَافِرِ جَائِزَةٌ. وَقَال الْمَاوَرْدِيُّ: تَحْرُمُ زِيَارَةُ قَبْرِ الْكَافِرِ. قَال الْحَنَابِلَةُ: وَلاَ يُسَلِّمُ مَنْ زَارَ قَبْرَ كَافِرٍ عَلَيْهِ، وَلاَ يَدْعُو لَهُ بِالْمَغْفِرَةِ (٢) .
