سَبُّ الإِْمَامِ: ٢١ - يَحْرُمُ سَبُّ الإِْمَامِ، وَيُعَزَّرُ مَنْ سَبَّهُ. قَال الْحَنَفِيَّةُ: لاَ يَسْتَوْفِي الإِْمَامُ التَّعْزِيرَ بِنَفْسِهِ. وَصَرَّحَ فُقَهَاءُ الشَّافِعِيَّةِ، وَالْحَنَابِلَةِ بِأَنَّ التَّعْرِيضَ بِالسَّبِّ كَالتَّصْرِيحِ (٢) .
