الذُّرِّيَّةُ: ٥ - الذُّرِّيَّةُ أَصْلُهَا الصِّغَارُ مِنَ الأَْوْلاَدِ مَهْمَا نَزَلُوا، وَيَقَعُ عَلَى الصِّغَارِ وَالْكِبَارِ مَعًا فِي التَّعَارُفِ (٣) . وَلِلْفُقَهَاءِ فِي دُخُول أَوْلاَدِ الْبَنَاتِ فِي الذُّرِّيَّةِ خِلاَفٌ (٤) وَتَفْصِيل ذَلِكَ يُنْظَرُ فِي (ذُرِّيَّةٍ) . وَ (وَلَدٍ) (وَوَقْفٍ) .
