٩ - ب - وَمِنْهَا مَسْأَلَةُ تَأْجِيل الصَّدَاقِ: فَيُكْرَهُ عِنْدَ الْمَالِكِيَّةِ تَأْجِيل الصَّدَاقِ وَلَوْ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مَعْلُومٍ كَسَنَةٍ مَثَلاً إِنْ كَانَ الْمُؤَجَّل الصَّدَاقَ كُلَّهُ، لِئَلاَّ يَتَذَرَّعَ النَّاسُ إِلَى النِّكَاحِ بِغَيْرِ صَدَاقٍ وَيُظْهِرُوا أَنَّ هُنَاكَ صَدَاقًا مُؤَجَّلاً (٢) .
