مُبَاحَاتُ السَّعْيِ: ٢٦ - يُبَاحُ فِي السَّعْيِ مَا يُبَاحُ فِي الطَّوَافِ، بَل هُوَ أَوْلَى. وَمِنْ ذَلِكَ: أ - الْكَلاَمُ الْمُبَاحُ الَّذِي لاَ يَشْغَلُهُ. ب - الأَْكْل وَالشُّرْبُ. ج - الْخُرُوجُ مِنْهُ لأَِدَاءِ مَكْتُوبَةٍ، أَوْ صَلاَةِ جِنَازَةٍ، عَلَى خِلاَفٍ لِلْمَالِكِيَّةِ (٤) .
