الشَّكُّ فِي النَّذْرِ: ٣٣ - لَوْ شَكَّ النَّاذِرُ فِي نَوْعِ الْمَنْذُورِ هَل هُوَ صَلاَةٌ أَوْ صِيَامٌ أَوْ صَدَقَةٌ أَوْ عِتْقٌ؟ تَلْزَمُهُ - عِنْدَ جُمْهُورِ الأَْئِمَّةِ - كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ، لأَِنَّ الشَّكَّ فِي الْمَنْذُورِ كَعَدَمِ تَسْمِيَتِهِ (٣) .
