أَرْكَانُ الشَّهَادَةِ: ٧ - أَرْكَانُ الشَّهَادَةِ عِنْدَ الْجُمْهُورِ خَمْسَةُ أُمُورٍ: الشَّاهِدُ، وَالْمَشْهُودُ لَهُ، وَالْمَشْهُودُ عَلَيْهِ، وَالْمَشْهُودُ بِهِ، وَالصِّيغَةُ (٣) . وَرُكْنُهَا عِنْدَ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ: اللَّفْظُ الْخَاصُّ، وَهُوَ لَفْظُ (أَشْهَدُ) عِنْدَهُمْ (٤) .
