٣٩ - ك - ذَكَرَ الْحَنَفِيَّةُ مِنَ الأَْعْذَارِ الَّتِي تُبِيحُ التَّخَلُّفَ عَنِ الْجَمَاعَةِ: الاِشْتِغَال بِالْفِقْهِ؛ لاَ بِغَيْرِهِ مِنَ الْعُلُومِ. كَمَا ذَكَرَ الشَّافِعِيَّةُ مِنَ الأَْعْذَارِ: السِّمَنَ الْمُفْرِطَ (٢) .
