الْحُكْمُ التَّكْلِيفِيُّ: ٣ - ذَهَبَ جُمْهُورُ الْفُقَهَاءِ إِلَى وُجُوبِ الصَّلاَةِ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي مَوَاطِنَ، وَاسْتِحْبَابِهَا فِي مَوَاطِنَ. وَاخْتَلَفُوا فِي مَوَاطِنِ الْوُجُوبِ.
