٥ - وَمِنْهَا: يَحِل لِلْمَرْأَةِ اتِّخَاذُ حُلِيِّ الذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ بِجَمِيعِ أَنْوَاعِهَا، وَيَحْرُمُ عَلَى الرَّجُل الْحُلِيُّ مِنَ الذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ إِلاَّ التَّخَتُّمَ مِنَ الْفِضَّةِ بِمِقْدَارِ مِثْقَالٍ. يُنْظَرُ مُصْطَلَحُ: (حُلِيّ) .
