قَصْرُ الصَّلاَةِ وَجَمْعُهَا: ١٥ - أَجْمَعَ الْفُقَهَاءُ عَلَى مَشْرُوعِيَّةِ قَصْرِ الصَّلاَةِ فِي السَّفَرِ، وَذَهَبَ جُمْهُورُهُمْ إِلَى أَنَّ السَّفَرَ مِنَ الأَْعْذَارِ الْمُبِيحَةِ لِجَمْعِ الصَّلَوَاتِ. وَتَفْصِيل ذَلِكَ فِي مُصْطَلَحِ: (صَلاَةُ الْمُسَافِرِ) .
