٥ - ذَهَبَ جُمْهُورُ الْفُقَهَاءِ إِلَى أَنَّهُ لاَ قِصَاصَ فِي الْعَظْمِ إِلاَّ مِنْ مِفْصَلٍ لِعَدَمِ إِمْكَانِ الْمُمَاثَلَةِ فِي غَيْرِ الْمِفْصَل، وَفِي ذَلِكَ تَفْصِيلٌ يُنْظَرُ فِي: (قِصَاص) (وَقَوَد) .
