حَقُّ الْحَضَانَةِ لِلْعَمَّةِ: ٤ - يَكُونُ لِلْعَمَّةِ حَقُّ الْحَضَانَةِ إِذَا عُدِمَ الْمُسْتَحِقُّ لَهَا مِمَّنْ هُوَ أَوْلَى مِنْهَا، وَقَدِ اخْتَلَفَ الْفُقَهَاءُ فِي تَرْتِيبِ مَنْ لَهُ حَقُّ الْحَضَانَةِ وَمِنْهُمُ الْعَمَّةُ.
