٢ - اخْتَلَفَ الْفُقَهَاءُ فِي دُخُول الْفَرْعِ فِي الْوَصِيَّةِ لِلأَْقَارِبِ، فَذَهَبَ جُمْهُورُ الْفُقَهَاءِ إِلَى عَدَمِ دُخُولِهِ فِيهَا، وَخَالَفَ آخَرُونَ (١) .
