تَوْبَةُ الْفَاسِقِ: ١٩ - تُقْبَل تَوْبَةُ الْفَاسِقِ إِذَا اسْتَجْمَعَتْ شُرُوطَهَا، إِلاَّ ثَلاَثَةً اخْتَلَفَ الْفُقَهَاءُ فِي قَبُول تَوْبَتِهِمْ، هُمُ: الزِّنْدِيقُ وَالسَّاحِرُ وَمَنْ تَكَرَّرَتْ رِدَّتُهُ.
