٨ - الْقَوْل الأَْوَّل: جَوَازُ التَّوَسُّل بِالأَْنْبِيَاءِ وَالصَّالِحِينَ حَال حَيَاتِهِمْ وَبَعْدَ مَمَاتِهِمْ. قَال بِهِ مَالِكٌ، وَالسُّبْكِيُّ، وَالْكَرْمَانِيُّ، وَالنَّوَوِيُّ، وَالْقَسْطَلاَّنِيُّ، وَالسَّمْهُودِيُّ، وَابْنُ الْحَاجِّ، وَابْنُ الْجَزَرِيِّ (١) .
