حُكْمُ مُعَضِّ كَلْبِ الصَّيْدِ مِنْ حَيْثُ النَّجَاسَةُ وَالطَّهَارَةُ: ١٧ - اخْتَلَفَ الْفُقَهَاءُ فِي نَجَاسَةِ مُعَضِّ كَلْبِ الصَّيْدِ، مِمَّا يَصِيدُهُ فَذَهَبَ بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَى طَهَارَةِ مُعَضِّ الْكَلْبِ. وَذَهَبَ آخَرُونَ إِلَى نَجَاسَتِهِ. وَالتَّفْصِيل فِي (صَيْدٌ ف ٤٤) .
