٣١ - وَمِنْ آثَارِ اللِّعَانِ أَيْضًا عِنْدَ الشَّافِعِيَّةِ: أ - تَشْطِيرُ صَدَاقِ الْمُلاَعَنَةِ قَبْل الدُّخُول بِهَا. ب - سُقُوطُ حَضَانَةِ الْمَرْأَةِ إِنْ لَمْ تُلاَعِنْ. ج - اسْتِبَاحَةُ نِكَاحِ أُخْتِ الْمُلاَعَنَةِ وَمَنْ يَحْرُمُ جَمْعُهُ مَعَهَا أَوْ أَرْبَعٍ سِوَاهَا فِي عِدَّتِهَا (٢) .
