الْقَذْفُ بِاللِّوَاطِ ٧ - ذَهَبَ جُمْهُورُ الْفُقَهَاءِ إِلَى أَنَّهُ إِذَا قَال رَجُلٌ لِرَجُلٍ: إِنَّهُ عَمِل عَمَل قَوْمِ لُوطٍ فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ يُعَدُّ قَذْفًا، وَعَلَيْهِ حَدُّ الْقَذْفِ (١) . وَالتَّفْصِيل فِي مُصْطَلِحِ (قَذْفٌ ف ١١) .
