تَحْرِيضُ الْمُبَارِزِينَ بِالتَّكْبِيرِ ١١ - لاَ يُسْتَحَبُّ عِنْدَ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ رَفْعُ الصَّوْتِ بِالتَّكْبِيرِ وَالتَّهْلِيل فِي الْحَرْبِ إِلاَّ إِذَا كَانَ فِيهِ تَحْرِيضٌ لِلْمُبَارِزِينَ فَلاَ بَأْسَ بِهِ. (٤)
