ظُهُورُ غَرِيمٍ بَعْدَ الْمُحَاصَّةِ: ٥ - لَوْ تَحَاصَّ الْغُرَمَاءُ دَيْنَ الْمُفْلِسِ ثُمَّ ظَهَرَ غَرِيمٌ آخَرُ فَلاَ تُنْقَضُ الْمُحَاصَّةُ وَيَرْجِعُ الْغَرِيمُ عَلَى الْغُرَمَاءِ بِقِسْطِهِ عِنْدَ جُمْهُورِ الْفُقَهَاءِ وَهَذَا فِي الْجُمْلَةِ. وَيُنْظَرُ تَفْصِيل ذَلِكَ فِي (إِفْلاَسٌ ف ٥٣) .
