مُدَّةُ حَبْسِ الْجَلاَّلَةِ: ٢٤ - اخْتَلَفَ الْفُقَهَاءُ فِي مُدَّةِ حَبْسِ الْجَلاَّلَةِ، فَقَال الْبَعْضُ: تُحْبَسُ النَّاقَةُ أَرْبَعِينَ يَوْمًا، وَالْبَقَرَةُ ثَلاَثِينَ، وَالشَّاةُ سَبْعَةً، وَالدَّجَاجَةُ ثَلاَثَةً، وَقِيل: غَيْرُ ذَلِكَ. وَالتَّفْصِيل فِي مُصْطَلِحِ (جَلاَّلَةٌ ف ٣) .
