٣ - ذَهَبَ جُمْهُورُ الْفُقَهَاءِ إِلَى أَنَّهُ يَجُوزُ الْمَسْحُ عَلَى ظُفُرٍ عَلَيْهِ مَرَارَةٌ إِنْ ضَرَّ نَزْعُهَا، أَوْ تَعَذَّرَ قَلْعُهَا لِلضَّرُورَةِ (٤) . وَيُنْظَرُ تَفْصِيل ذَلِكَ فِي مُصْطَلَحِ (جَبِيرَةٌ ف٤، مَسْحٌ) .
