٩ - وَلَوْ فَاتَتْ سُنَّةُ الْوُقُوفِ عِنْدَ الْمَشْعَرِ الْحَرَامِ لَمْ تُجْبَرْ بِدَمٍ عِنْدَ الْجُمْهُورِ كَسَائِرِ الْهَيْئَاتِ وَالسُّنَنِ، وَلاَ إِثْمَ عَلَى الْحَاجِّ بِهَذَا التَّرْكِ، وَإِنَّمَا فَاتَتْهُ الْفَضِيلَةُ. وَلاَ تَحْصُل هَذِهِ الْفَضِيلَةُ بِالْوُقُوفِ فِيهِ قَبْل صَلاَةِ الصُّبْحِ، لأَِنَّهُ خِلاَفُ السُّنَّةِ.
