أَرْكَانُ الإِْسْقَاطِ ٩ - رُكْنُ الإِْسْقَاطِ عِنْدَ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ هُوَ الصِّيغَةُ فَقَطْ، وَيُزَادُ عَلَيْهَا عِنْدَ غَيْرِهِمُ: الطَّرَفَانِ - الْمُسْقِطُ وَهُوَ صَاحِبُ الْحَقِّ، وَالْمُسْقَطُ عَنْهُ الَّذِي تَقَرَّرَ الْحَقُّ قِبَلَهُ - وَالْمَحَل وَهُوَ الْحَقُّ الَّذِي يَرِدُ عَلَيْهِ الإِْسْقَاطُ.
