مَا يُنَاطُ بِالْبَرِيدِ مِنَ الأَْحْكَامِ الشَّرْعِيَّةِ: ٥٨ - جُمْهُورُ الْفُقَهَاءِ عَلَى أَنَّ السَّفَرَ الشَّرْعِيَّ الْمُثْبِتَ لِلرُّخَصِ يَرْتَبِطُ بِالْمَسَافَةِ، وَمَسَافَةُ السَّفَرِ هَذِهِ عِنْدَهُمْ أَرْبَعَةُ بُرُدٍ. (٣)
