الْمُجَاوَرَةُ بِمَكَّةَ ٥ - اخْتَلَفَ الْفُقَهَاءُ فِي حُكْمِ الْمُجَاوَرَةِ بِمَكَّةَ، فَذَهَبَ جُمْهُورُهُمْ إِلَى اسْتِحْبَابِ الْمُجَاوَرَةِ، بِمَكَّةَ وَذَهَبَ غَيْرُهُمْ إِلَى كَرَاهَةِ الْمُجَاوَرَةِ بِهَا، وَالتَّفْصِيل فِي مُصْطَلَحِ (حَرَمٌ ف ٢٢) .
