إِنْشَادُ اللُّقَطَةِ ٢ - ذَهَبَ جُمْهُورُ الْفُقَهَاءِ إِلَى أَنَّ إِنْشَادَ اللُّقَطَةِ وَاجِبٌ عَلَى الْمُلْتَقِطِ، سَوَاءٌ أَرَادَ تَمَلُّكَهَا أَوْ أَرَادَ حِفْظَهَا لِصَاحِبِهَا. وَتَفْصِيل ذَلِكَ فِي مُصْطَلَحِ: (لُقَطَةٌ ف ٧) ، وَمُصْطَلَحِ (تَعْرِيفٌ ف ٧) .
