تَعَارُضُ عِبَارَةِ النَّصِّ مَعَ إِشَارَتِهِ: ١٣ - سَبَقَ بَيَانُ الْمُرَادِ بِعِبَارَةِ النَّصِّ وَبِإِشَارَتِهِ (ر: ف ١) ، فَإِذَا تَعَارَضَتْ عِبَارَةُ نَصٍّ وَإِشَارَةِ آخَرَ يُرَجَّحُ مَفْهُومُ الْعِبَارَةِ فِي الْجُمْلَةِ، عَلَى خِلاَفٍ وَتَفْصِيلٍ يُنْظَرُ فِي الْمُلْحَقِ الأُْصُولِيِّ.
