وَانْظُرْ (شَفَاعَة ف ٦ - ٨) ٣٨ - اخْتَلَفَ الْفُقَهَاءُ فِي الْحَلِفِ بِالأَْنْبِيَاءِ، فَذَهَبَ جُمْهُورُهُمْ إِلَى كَرَاهَةِ الْحَلِفِ بِالأَْنْبِيَاءِ، وَذَهَبَ آخَرُونَ إِلَى تَحْرِيمِ ذَلِكَ. وَيُنْظَرُ تَفْصِيل ذَلِكَ فِي مُصْطَلَحِ (أَيْمَان ف ٤٧ - ٥١) .
