اسْتِحْقَاقُ الزَّوْجَةِ النَّفَقَةَ حَال سَفَرِهَا: ٣٩ - ذَهَبَ جُمْهُورُ الْفُقَهَاءِ إِلَى أَنَّ الزَّوْجَةَ إِذَا سَافَرَتْ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا سَقَطَتْ نَفَقَتُهَا. فَإِنْ سَافَرَتْ بِإِذْنِهِ فَإِمَّا أَنْ يُسَافِرَ مَعَهَا أَوْ لاَ. وَالتَّفْصِيل فِي مُصْطَلَحِ (نُشُوز ف ٦ - ٧) .
