ثَانِيًا: زَكَاةُ نَمَاءِ الْمَال أَثْنَاءَ الْحَوْل: ٩ - اخْتَلَفَ الْفُقَهَاءُ فِي وُجُوبِ زَكَاةِ الزِّيَادَةِ الَّتِي تَحْصُل لِلْمَال الْمُزَكَّى أَثْنَاءَ الْحَوْل، فَذَهَبَ بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَى أَنَّهُ يُزَكَّى بِتَزْكِيَةِ الأَْصْل، وَذَهَبَ آخَرُونَ إِلَى أَنَّهُ يُزَكَّى لِحَالِهِ. وَقَدْ سَبَقَ تَفْصِيلُهُ فِي مُصْطَلَحِ (زَكَاة ف ٣٠) .
