ثَانِيًا: نَمَاءُ الْمَبِيعِ فِي الْمُرَابَحَةِ: ١٢ - اخْتَلَفَ الْفُقَهَاءُ فِيمَا إِذَا نَمَا الْمَبِيعُ فِي بَيْعِ الْمُرَابَحَةِ، فَذَهَبَ بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَى أَنَّهُ يَتْبَعُ الأَْصْل فَيَكُونُ مُرَابَحَةً، وَذَهَبَ آخَرُونَ إِلَى أَنَّهُ لاَ يَتْبَعُهُ. وَتَفْصِيل ذَلِكَ فِي مُصْطَلَحِ (مُرَابَحَة ف ٩) .
