و دِرَاسَةُ الْعِلْمِ الشَّرْعِيِّ: ١٨ - يَرَى جُمْهُورُ الْفُقَهَاءِ أَنَّهُ يُسْتَحَبُّ الْوُضُوءُ لِدِرَاسَةِ الْعِلْمِ الشَّرْعِيِّ، وَقَال الْحَطَّابُ نَقْلاً عَنِ الشَّبِيبِيِّ: مِنَ الْمُبَاحِ الْوُضُوءُ لِتَعَلُّمِ الْعِلْمِ وَتَعْلِيمِهِ عِنْدَ بَعْضِهِمْ (٣) .
